Please Arrive Early

I suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior your treatment to check in and disrobe as necessary.  While I try to accommodate late arrivals with a full therapy period, therapy time may need to be reduced so as not to intrude on the following client’s reserved time.

 

Personal Preferences

Whether it is the room temperature or the level of massage pressure, please communicate your preferences with the me so I can make your time a wonderful experience.

Cancellations/No Shows Policy

I understand emergencies do arise; however, the appointments you select are reserved for you.  Appointments for ALL services will have to be guaranteed by a credit card or a gift certificate number.  Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time incur a charge of 50% of the total cost for the service(s).  All no-show appointments will be charged in full and billed to your account.

Payment Methods

Payment is required when services are rendered.

Natural Remedies with Massage is pleased to honor Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks are accepted with proper identification (driver license) and subject to a $25 returned check fee.

Gift Certificates

You may purchase gift certificates for a dollar amount or particular services.  For an instant gift certificate online, you may use the tab located at the top of the page.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in treatments but are appreciated. You may add a gratuity to any form of payment.
